Alexandra Errico, ESQ
Alexandra Errico, Esq. is a founding partner at Errico Law Group, LLC. Ms. Errico graduated top of her class from Fordham University in 1998. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Higher Education from Fordham University in 2001. Ms. Errico then obtained her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall School of Law, with honors, in 2004. Ms. Errico is a State of New Jersey Certified Mediator. As a civil litigation firm owner, Ms. Errico managed 100 cases on average through all phases of litigation specializing in matrimonial litigation, personal injury, and commercial litigation. Offered extensive case status explanations to each client. Presented and summarized cases to both judges and juries. Filed appeals in state courts of appeal. Conducted legal research and facts investigation for case litigation. Instituted judicial proceedings as necessary. Conducted settlement conferences. Developed detailed litigation strategies for each case. Drafted all necessary motions relevant to each case based on legal research and fact investigation for case litigation. Selected jurors, argued motions and met judges during course of a trial. Appeared for all legal proceedings and successfully conducted litigation.
Ms. Errico represents impoverished parents/guardians with issues dealing with termination of parental rights, Kinship Legal Guardianship, and parental supervision under Title 9 and Title 30. Ms. Errico is a member of both, American Bar Association and New Jersey Bar Association.
